Sick. For the second year in a row, I'm sick on Halloween. Was so sick that I missed most of the cremony and sat on the couch for the ending of it. Cuddling with my laptop, mallyns, and the Angelus episodes from S4. Also James Spader, William Shatner, and Rene Auberjonois. However, I do miss the blonde woman they started out with; her replacement is just too young and not snarky.

I love 80s teen flicks, so I always had the Spader love, but after I saw Secretary, it just kicked my lust into full gear.

I think the only thing that I've ever seen that I didn't like him in was Mannequin! He had to portray such a bootlicking caricature in that film!

I've only watched three episodes of the Spader/Shatner show (Boston Legal?) but I'm hooked. I watched it for Spader because of the Secretary connection originally but I'm enjoying it more than I expected as I don't know who's who and never watched The Practice.

I also started watching for the Spader, but have been pleasantly surprised. I watched The Practice when it first started and its last season as they transitioned to Boston Legal. So technically, you didn't have to watch The Practice.

I've seen Spader in almost nothing (Stargate a jillion years ago). So his performance is a revelation. And Shatner is perfect in that role.

Shatner is perfect. I laughed so hard when I found out that he was going to be on the show, but I'm much impressed, especially after that original Star Trek marathon I watched a few days ago.
