Help for the LJ Impaired

I've been trying to mess with the memory function and was wondering if I could put things into descending categories. Like if I wanted the overall category to be 'fanfic' but after clicking it one would find 'long stories' then by clicking on that it would lead to the links with the actual stories.

I swear I've seen this. But I could be hallucinating.

You can assign multiple attributions to each memory item. For example, if I save a Spander fic in my memories, I select "All. About. Spike", "Spander" and "BtVS/AtS Fic" as the attributions.

So if you go to my memories and click on any one of those categories, you will find the story; alternately, you can only look for Spander stories, and none of the Spuffy ones will be there.

I don't *think* that you can do a descending sub-category style listing, but I could be wrong. Did you check out the LJ FAQ on memories? It might be helpful.

Hey! I got your postcard from Mexico last night. Thank you so much for thinking of me and sending it in the middle of your trip. The church was beautiful and it reminded me of that silhouette of Antonio Banderas on the roof in OUATIM. (hmmm... Antonio on the roof. suddenly lost in that weird netherworld of violent Robert Rodriguez musicals...)
