Diagnose me: dizzy spells, tiredness, and one of my kidneys hurts. Also I think I banged my knee against something.

My Johnny Cash Ficathon story is coming together. I just need to buckle down and finish the porn for it. It turned out a lot darker than I expected, but not anymore than I intended.
