Oh, god, I know the fic you're talking about. I came across it about a month ago and kept reading for the longest time because I couldn't look away, like a car crash. I think I made it a little ways past the point where Clark and Lex meet up again and I just couldn't take the evil amnesiac-ish Clark for too long before I wanted to smash my computer into a million pieces.
