It's just that... he didn't seem to be very excited.

Couple things: 1. Not all dicks are created equal. 2. The whole thing about porn is the cum shot so guys have to last longer than they normally would which means not as excited. She-Hulk question! Seriously. Is The Essential Savage She-Hulk before or after the She-Hulk series I read a bit of, the one that starts with Single Green Female? And have you read the Savage She-Hulk ones (if so, are they any good)? Trying to decide which to buy first...

Single Green Female is the start of Slott's She Hulk run and She Hulk's revival. That's what you were reading at WriterCon.

The Essential Savage She Hulk is the first appearance of She Hulk and her own series from like 1977. I think they're fun reads. However, still comics from the 70s and yeah, the 70s comics are written how people think comics now are written. (If that makes sense.)

The Sensational She Hulk was her run in the late 80s. Then she joined the Avengers until Single Green Female. She leaves the Avengers right before Scarlet Witch goes insane and kills half of them. In Slott's 2nd run of She Hulk, he marked the 100th issue of She Hulk (if you counted all of them from the beginning) with making a large issue that included the first comic and two or three other essential She Hulk stories.

I started my She Hulk love with Slott's run and don't really feel like I'm missing anything. I might go back and read the older ones ~~if I start that She Hulk site like I want to~~ but maybe not.

You do far more interesting things with your spare time than I do, and that's a fact.

lornelover and I had a long conversation about this and we believe that since stuffed bears were named after Teddy Roosevelt that Colbert wouldn't.

Yay for Weeds! I just finished Season 1 last week, damn good cliff-hanger. It did not feature guns, explosions, car crashes, or time travel of any kind, yet it still made my jaw drop. Plus, Allison Janney as a pothead lawyer makes the world happy.

I *heart* Weeds. It has such excellent social commentary. I love when Nancy's listening to NPR in Conrad's car and the gangsters in the SUV pull up next to her.
